Yoga Therapy
Biddy is in the final stages of certifying as a Yoga Therapist and has been working with clients since she started her case studies.
Yoga Therapy can support you through various stages in life, by blending the traditional practices of yoga, with therapeutic, medical and scientific knowledge.
Yoga
Biddy’s style of teaching will invite you to explore, be curious and kind to yourself. She brings creativity and compassion to her sessions and works trauma informed.
Biddy’s biggest passion in movement, meditation and rest is to empower her students to make the practice of yoga fit their needs and abilities.
Retreats
Since 2019 I have organized Retreats in the Netherlands, abroad and online. While there is always Yoga on my Retreats, they all offer a full wellness program nurturing both body and mind.
